In live hair root transplantation, your hair grows every month after the procedure. The period during which you see the growth on your skin ranges from the 6th month to the 12th month.
Before transplantation, all your hair is trimmed to a number one (short).
To harvest tissue from the nape area, we use punch tips with a diameter of 0.7mm. To enable these tips to extract hair follicles from within the skin and facilitate hair transplantation using the FUE technique, we need to trim your nape hair one centimeter shorter. This involves trimming both your nape hair and all your hair to a number one length.
The roots taken from the donor area do not regrow as hair again. Therefore, the efficiency of the nape area is crucial in hair transplantation. The surrounding hair covers the areas where tissue is taken, leaving no visible scars.
After procedures performed using the FUE method, your hair achieves a completely natural appearance. The harvested follicles are your own, ensuring this natural look. The hair color matches your own hair's color and characteristics. There are no foreign substances, reactions, or side effects.
Our surgeries are conducted exclusively in hospitals, in operating theater environments. Our hospitals are equipped with specialized operation rooms dedicated to hair transplantation.
The transplanted hair grows just like your natural hair. You can dye your growing hair, and your barber won't treat it differently from your other hair. It doesn't require special care; you can use any shampoo you prefer.
Surgeries typically range from 6 to 8 hours, depending on the number of grafts being transplanted. It may require one session or two sessions.
For aesthetic and natural results, we need to perform hair transplantation using a large number of single hair follicles. With the FUE technique, we can extract hair tissues from under the skin without damaging individual roots. The difference with FUE lies not only in its ability to quickly extract tissue but also in its finesse (using a 0.7 mm punch) that accelerates healing.
Hair transplantation is not suitable when the donor area (nape region) and body hair are not appropriate. Patients with conditions (heart problems, high blood pressure) or allergies should disclose these. After an initial examination, details are discussed and decisions are made.
Hair transplants performed using the FUE method do not leave scars. Healing is achieved within two days.
Hair transplantation can be performed on individuals from the age of 18 onwards.
After transplantation, avoid strong sunlight on your scalp and events that could cause constant trauma for 4-6 weeks. Do not use hair spray or gel for at least 15 days.
In the first few days after transplantation, refrain from heavy lifting, stress, sexual activity, sports, and alcohol for 3 nights.
